Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the RentStac platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, and/or contributors of content.

2. Eligibility

To use the Platform, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a resident of a jurisdiction where use of the Platform is permitted
• Complete our Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process
• Not be on any sanctions lists or otherwise prohibited from participating
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account and be approved for our whitelist. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. RNS Tokens

RNS tokens represent fractional ownership interests in Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) that hold real estate assets. By purchasing RNS tokens, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Tokens may be classified as securities in certain jurisdictions
• Token values can fluctuate and you may lose some or all of your investment
• Past performance does not guarantee future results
• Distributions are subject to property performance and operating expenses
• Tokens may have limited liquidity

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose
• Engage in market manipulation or fraudulent activities
• Circumvent KYC/AML requirements
• Use the Platform if you are a resident of a sanctioned country
• Interfere with the Platform's security or functionality
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems

6. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by RentStac and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RENTSTAC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Cayman Islands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
